Improper application on your part does not warrant a return.
- Any concerns or questions regarding installation should be sent in an email or call to speak to a customer service rep to help you understand better how to install anything you are unsure of. The unique wall adhesives cannot be returned if they were opened in any way.
Please email or call if you have ANY questions about recommended wall surfaces, or proper installation. We will do everything we can to help you have a great experience with all our products.
Since all artwork at Wall about Fun is printed to order, the artwork is not returnable.
Please check your order carefully when it arrives to ensure everything is correct. Wall about Fun will authorize a return (and refund return shipping costs) only if the return is a result of an error on our part (i.e. incorrect product received).
You must get an authorization code before shipping any product back. The authorization code is necessary.
Should you receive an authorization code, please note:
- Artwork must be received in its original packaging.
- You must include the packing slip that was shipped with your original order.
- Every parcel in transit must have a tracking code (insurance recommended).
Wall about Fun cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items returned to us.
